HOW TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

All Dufour Tours require advanced reservations.  To make your reservation, simply contact our sales staff and we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements and supply you with further tour details. All multi-day tours require a $50 per person deposit within 5 working days of booking the reservation. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to departure. All day trips require full payment within 5 working days of reservation.

TRIP CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY

A full refund will be made if cancellation is received at least 3 weeks prior to tour departure on all overnight tours. For cancellations received within 3 weeks, but more than 10 days prior to departure, a charge of $10 per person will be made. Cancellations received 10 days or less prior to departure will incur a $25 per person cancellation charge, plus any administrative expenses, regardless of the reason. These charges will also apply for transfers of tour reservations within these cancellation periods. On all one day tours, a cancellation charge of $10 per person plus any cost for tickets will be made if cancellation is received within 10 days of departure. On all one day and multiple day tours, cancellations received within 48 hours of departure, or for "no shows" or cancellations on any sports tours, there will be NO REFUND. There is NO REFUND on the ticket portion of live shows or special event tours.

ITINERARIES

It is our intention to operate each tour exactly as described in our itineraries. However, occasionally local situations force changes and we reserve the right to do so.

NON-SMOKING ROOMS

Many hotels are now offering non-smoking rooms. If you would like one of these rooms, please let us know at the time you book your reservation and we will be happy to put it in as a request to the hotel. Please realize that it is a request and neither the hotel nor Dufour Tours can make this request a promise.

ADJOINING ROOMS

If you would like to request adjoining rooms, please do so at the time of your reservation. Again, we will make every effort to accommodate this request, but there is no guarantee that it can be honored.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

Triples are sold with the understanding that there will be two double beds in the room. Individual beds for each person cannot be guaranteed. If you require ground accommodations, wish to be next to a traveling companion, or have any other special requirements, please let us know at the time of you reservation and we will endeavor to make the arrangements.

LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE

Each overnight passenger is allowed one suitcase, free of charge. A small overnight bag is also permissible if carried by the passenger. You will be supplied with luggage tags for easy identification.

PRICE

Included in your tour package is transportation via motorcoach, hotel accommodations, luggage handling, and necessary tips for bellman and doorman, except as otherwise noted in the individual itineraries. Also included, when indicated, sightseeing and meals. Tour packages do not include meals, unless specified, telephone calls, and/or items of a personal nature.

SMOKING & ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

There is no smoking allowed on any Dufour Vehicle at any time.  Alcoholic beverages are also not allowed on any Dufour Escorted Tours.
